The Aviator publishes 12 times per year.

The Aviator may decline to run further advertising for a contract advertiser whose account is more than 30 days overdue.

All advertisers in The Aviator must conform to local, state and federal laws.

The Aviator's liability for errors in publication or for wrong date of publication are limited to the cost of the advertising space involved.

The Aviator shall in no case be liable for failure to publish, no matter what the reason for that failure.

Advertisements resembling news type must carry the heading advertisement.
